This Privacy Policy explains how Sahbia Tecnologia e Soluções Inteligentes Inova Simples (I.S.), CNPJ 62.000.236/0001-85 ("Klindera," "we," "us," or "our"), operator of klindera.com and related services (the "Service"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our Service as a customer looking for a local service professional ("Customer") or as a service business listed on our platform ("Professional").

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you give us

• Customers: name, phone number, email address, service address or ZIP code, and details about the job you're requesting (including any photos you upload).
• Professionals: business name, contact details, service categories, service area, years of experience, languages spoken, logo and photos, bio, website and social media links, and billing information (processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe — we do not store your full card number).
• Reviews: ratings and comments you submit about a completed job.

1.2 Information collected automatically

We and our service providers may collect standard technical information when you use the Service — IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs — for security, fraud-prevention, and analytics purposes.

1.3 Information from AI-assisted communication

If a Professional enables our AI phone answering, AI WhatsApp agent, or outbound calling features, calls and messages between a Customer and that feature may be recorded, transcribed, and processed by automated systems (including third-party AI providers) to route the request, generate a summary, and improve service quality. By calling or messaging a number that uses this feature, you consent to this recording and processing. Where required by law (including two-party consent states), we provide notice that a call may be recorded before or at the start of the call.

2. How We Use Information

• To connect Customers with Professionals and route quote requests;
• To operate Professional accounts, billing, and subscription plans;
• To provide AI-assisted call/message answering and summarization for Professionals who opt into those features;
• To send transactional communications (confirmations, account notices, appointment/review requests);
• To send marketing communications, where you have opted in, and which you may opt out of at any time;
• To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Text Messages and Calls (TCPA Notice)

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages related to your request — including from automated/AI systems on behalf of a Professional — at the number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time, or ask to be added to a Professional's do-not-contact list on a call.

4. How We Share Information

• With Professionals or Customers directly involved in a request — a quote request is shared with the Professional(s) matched to it (or the specific Professional you contacted directly).
• Service providers who process data on our behalf, including: Stripe (payments), Twilio (calling and SMS), an AI/voice processing provider (call and message understanding, including OpenAI and ElevenLabs), Supabase (database and authentication hosting), and Vercel (web hosting). Each is bound by its own privacy and security obligations to us.
• Legal and safety — where required to comply with law, enforce our Terms of Service, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Klindera, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers — if Klindera is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

5. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request access to, or a copy of, the personal information we hold about you;
• Request correction of inaccurate information;
• Request deletion of your information, subject to legal/operational exceptions (e.g. records we must keep for tax or dispute purposes);
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time;
• Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising, if applicable, and appeal a denied request, under state laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar laws in other states.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Professional account data is retained for the life of the account plus a reasonable period after closure for accounting and legal purposes.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls on our database. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Where Your Data Is Processed, and Your LGPD Rights

Klindera is operated by Sahbia Tecnologia e Soluções Inteligentes Inova Simples (I.S.), a company registered in Espírito Santo, Brazil. The Service is intended for Customers and Professionals located in the United States, but your information is processed by us in Brazil, and stored with service providers that may operate infrastructure in the United States and elsewhere (see Section 4). As the controller of your information, Sahbia Tecnologia is subject to Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), in addition to the US state privacy laws referenced in Section 5. Regardless of where you are located, you may exercise LGPD-equivalent rights (confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymization, portability, and deletion) by contacting us at the address in Section 11.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date, and, for material changes, provide additional notice where required by law.
